Small Transactions
One of the focuses of the General Partner will be small transactions, typically with a purchase price of under $10 million and involving a single partnership interest or small portfolio of interests. The Principals believe that the proliferation of new private equity investors since the late 1990s, combined with the desire of many investors to monetize their portfolios, will continue to drive strong deal flow in this underserved niche.
