Montauk TriGuard is dedicated to providing value-add liquidity solutions. Since 1999, the Montauk TriGuard team has successfully raised nine private secondary funds with $3.4 billion of committed capital from over 500 investors. These funds are highly diversified with collective exposure to over 3,000 underlying private funds and more than 30,000 underlying companies. The funds are designed to pursue the same proven multi-niche strategy that has delivered over 60 consecutive quarterly cash distributions to investors for more than 15 years.
